Located in beautiful Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Heartland International English School was established in 1999 and continues to be the premiere private English school in the city. Since opening our doors we have welcomed thousands of students from over 60 countries who were looking for a unique experience to learn English in the Heart of Canada. We provide comprehensive English programs to help students learn all English skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. Our program structure allows students to start any Monday, and study for any duration of time.  We offer all levels ranging from entry to advanced which ensures that all students are challenged and will improve their English. We have dedicated and experienced administrative and teaching staff who are committed to providing students with a positive and rewarding learning experience.

Our school is conveniently located in historic downtown Winnipeg close to all major bus routes and amenities including shops, restaurants, and parks. Our campus has five modern classrooms, a media room, computer and wireless access throughout the school, and kitchen facilities.

The classroom is only part of our program as we believe strongly in enhancing students’ English learning experiences by providing them with a range of organized activities from evening outings to weekend trips. Our coordinators work hard to make sure that we organize events for students that range from artistic to recreational to sporting and ensure that they fit into every student’s budget including many that are FREE.

Finally, we are the only private English school that has been accredited by Languages Canada in Winnipeg which means that you can be assured of a quality education and student services.
